Umrah packages

The current Umrah package flyers state that packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Airline fuel surcharge is payable separately. Any package changes or updated government requirements should be confirmed with the team before booking.

Other travel bookings

For flight tickets, group ticketing, holidays, visa assistance, GAMCA appointment assistance, hotel bookings, travel insurance and corporate travel, applicable changes, cancellations, refunds, deadlines and charges depend on the supplier and the service booked. Review the specific written conditions provided for your booking before paying. Do not assume a request to cancel or change a booking has been accepted until you receive confirmation.
